Tub-to-shower conversion · Waverly Hall, Georgia
Tub-to-shower conversion in Waverly Hall with a barn door and teak seat
Finished August 2026 · Installed in 1 day
We completed a tub-to-shower conversion in Waverly Hall, Georgia, for homeowner Sherry L., making the space easier and safer to use.
In Waverly Hall, homeowner Sherry L. wanted a safer, easier-to-use step-in shower, so we performed a tub-to-shower conversion.
We removed the old bathtub and installed an alcove shower base measuring 60 by 32 inches, finished in Azurra Bay to match the Azurra Bay wall panels. For fixtures, we used a brushed nickel finish, including a square shower-only fixture and a slide bar for the handshower. Storage includes two 15-inch corner shelves.
Additional installed features include a barn door-style slider, a 12-inch grab bar, an 18-inch grab bar, and a teak wood folding seat. The installation was finished in August 2026.
The entire installation was completed in just one day.

“Five Star Bath Solutions did an excellent job converting my dad’s bathtub into a beautiful, safe walk-in shower! My dad has some mobility challenges, so safety and accessibility were extremely important to us. From the design team to the wonderful guys who installed the shower, everyone took the time to make sure every detail was just right. They carefully considered the placement of the bench, grab bars, shower controls, and other features to make the shower comfortable, safe, and easy for him to use. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and attention to detail that Five Star Bath Solutions showed throughout the entire process. They didn’t just install a shower—they created a space that gives my dad more comfort, independence, and peace of mind. I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions to anyone looking for quality work and a team that genuinely cares about their customers!”
