• Customer & Project Data: Customer contact names, service addresses, project estimates, remodeling specifications, job site notes, photos, and signed agreements managed through the Platform.
• Financial & Billing Data: Transaction records, invoice data, and payment processing metadata. Payment card processing is securely handled by our PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
• Requests Sent Through Facebook or Instagram: If you ask for an estimate using a form inside one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us what you enter in that form (such as your name, phone number, ZIP code, your answers and whether you agreed to receive text messages) and which ad you responded to. We use it the same way as a request sent from our website: to contact you about your project. Meta's handling of the form itself is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
• Usage & Device Information: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, operating system versions, access timestamps, and interactions with Platform features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize the collected information for authorized business and operational purposes, including to:

• Deliver, operate, maintain, and optimize the Bath Remodel Pro Platform.
• Process job estimates, work orders, contracts, change orders, and electronic signatures.
• Facilitate customer communications, appointment confirmations, crew dispatch notifications, and project status updates.
• Provide technical support, security monitoring, and customer service.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Compliance & Consumer Privacy

Users and customers who opt in to receive SMS text notifications from or through Bath Remodel Pro LLC will receive transactional communications related to appointments, project milestones, estimates, and customer service.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Bath Remodel Pro LLC does not sell or rent personal information to data brokers or third parties. We share information only under the following limited circumstances:

• Infrastructure & Service Providers: Trusted cloud infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, and SMS providers (e.g., Supabase, Twilio, Resend, Vercel) operating under strict data processing and confidentiality agreements.
• Advertising Measurement and Follow-up Ads: Our public homeowner guide (atlantabathroomremodel.com) uses the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. Meta may record that a browser visited the guide, requested an estimate or picked an appointment time, using cookies, and our server sends Meta a copy of those same events with your device's IP address and browser type so they are still counted if your browser blocks the pixel. Through the pixel and these event copies, we do not send your name, phone number, email address or SMS consent to Meta. We may also use this information to show our own ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited the guide, and to stop showing ads to people who have already requested an estimate. This is based on the visit itself, recorded by cookies. It never uses your name, phone number, email address or SMS consent. You can limit ads like these at any time in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
• Advertising Audiences (past customers): If you have hired us for a project, we may use your email address to help show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who are similar to our customers, and to avoid showing our ads to people who are already our customers. We do this by converting your email address into a scrambled code (a one-way "hash") and uploading only that code to Meta. Meta uses it to find matching accounts and, under Meta's terms, does not use it for anything else. We do not send your phone number, SMS consent, name, address, or any project or payment details for this purpose. To be left out of these lists, email support@bathremodelpro.app and we will remove you from future uploads and ask Meta to delete you from any audience already built.
• Legal Compliance: When required by enforceable court orders, subpoenas, or applicable state or federal laws.
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another entity.
